As an Art honour student in high school and destined for the Bath School of Art and Design in England it would be many years after an Atlantic crossing until Richard once again made contact with his real passion.
After the “jack-of-all-trades” but successful career path which included everything from an apprentice electrician to senior management for automotive projects and from general labourer to quality systems auditor, something was still missing.
There was indeed some unfinished business.
Returning to college in Toronto to continue where he had left-off Richard studied Computers, Graphic Design, Layouts and Photography determined to get-back to the original plan set forth some thirty years earlier.
Studio59 Designs is the result of a return to passion but is now guided by business savvy and lessons learned gained through a meandering path of diverse experiences.
